Returns Overview

  •   Return Eligibility

    Most items can be returned for a refund, store credit, or an exchange.
    Return requests must be submitted within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. Once approved, items should be shipped back within seven (7) days.
    Returned products must remain in “original new” or “opened box / like-new” condition. Items showing wear or damage may be subject to additional fees or denied for refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive damaged merchandise or items that differ from your order, please notify us within seven (7) days of receipt. We’ll review the situation and work quickly to make things right.

Non-Returnable Items

  •   Conditions & Restrictions

    The following products are final sale and cannot be returned:
    - PVC ceiling tiles
    - Hand-painted ceiling tiles
    - Hand-painted wall panels
    - Hand-painted crown moldings
    - Items purchased under “Clearance” category

    We strongly recommend ordering samples before placing a full order for any hand-painted or customized items.

    All eligible returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How to Return an Item

  •   Return Procedure

    To initiate a return, please contact us via email, contact form or phone. Include your order number or full name along with the reason for return.
    You can also submit a return request directly from your account dashboard on our website.

    If the return is due to an error on our part, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label.

    Ensure your packaging is sturdy enough for safe transit—use reinforced boxes and protect fragile corners as needed.
    We recommend insuring the shipment for the item’s value. For reference, FedEx, UPS Ground and USPS Ground Advantage include $100 insurance (subject to carrier updates).

Refunds

  •   Refund Process

    Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange. Please allow up to seven (7) business days for processing after the item’s arrival.
    Refunds are issued via the original payment method (Credit Card, PayPal, Amazon Pay, etc.). Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take 1–2 additional billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
